Rob joined Integware in September 2010 as the SVP of Business Development. Prior to joining Integware Rob held several executive General Management and Business Development positions including Client Solutions Executive at IBM, Midwest Area Managing Director for Keane, Inc., Regional Vice President at GE Capital IT Solutions, President Midwest Region AmeriData, and National Sales Manager for Bell Atlantic Business Supplies/Products.
Throughout his career Rob has been instrumental in driving both top line growth and improved bottom line results. This includes a 200% growth performance in Net Operating Income of a $375M business unit, managing efforts to re-engineer and restructure internal processes that netted $45M in cost savings, and developing effective sales models and channel strategies that consistently drive incremental growth and enable new market penetration.
Rob is active in the community and serves as Vice-Chair for BRIDGES for a Just Community (the Cincinnati, OH chapter of the National Federation of Just Communities, is a Leadership Cincinnati alumni and past Board member of the Leadership Cincinnati Alumni Board, Who’s Who International 2000, a member of the Honorary Order of Kentucky Colonels, and a past Advisory Board member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) Executive Advisory Board - SW OH.
