Integware’s FastTrak™ solutions are designed specifically for life sciences and consumer packaged goods  companies to address critical product lifecycle and compliance needs.  Solutions can be purchased and implemented in any order so that your specific business needs dictate purchasing decisions.  Integware’s FastTrak™ solutions all provide the following benefits:

A user interface that is straightforward, intuitive and consistent between each solution.  Therefore, once you learn how to use your first FastTrak™ solution, the rest operate the exact same way.

Role-based lifecycle access – secures the information in each solution so that only designated users and groups have access to defined pieces of information at specific states of a process lifecycle

Each solution shares the same repository – all information managed by each FastTrak™ solution is stored in the same repository (depending on your infrastructure requirements this can mean more than one physical repository).  Therefore, finding information is automatic and there are no requirements to implement special integration software or have consultants develop custom integrations.

Each solution shares the same security service – therefore, there is single signon for all FastTrak™ solutions.  FastTrak™ solutions can also be tied into your corporate directory service for true single signon capability.

Process integration – as you add more FastTrak™ solutions to your implementation, the processes (change control, DHF, CAPA, etc.) automated in each solution are automatically integrated with all existing solutions!  CAPAs can create a Change Order, NCRs can create a CAPA, etc.  As you need to link more product and compliance processes together, Integware’s FastTrak™ solutions automatically handle the integration for you.

Configurable reporting – visibility into both process details and status and executive-level reports

All In Delivery™ – the reason Integware calls these products solutions vs. products is that each one comes with everything you need to deploy a working solution – configuration services, validation scripts, online training and documentation.  It’s a complete solution, ready to go.

Quick implementation/deployment – each FastTrak™ solution is designed to be implemented in a matter of weeks vs. months (or longer) for other ‘solutions.’  While Integware’s FastTrak™ solutions can be customized to meet exact process and integration needs, most customers can be up-and-running quickly with our out-of-the-box solution.

Common PLM platform – all FastTrak™ solutions are built on the Matrix PLM Platform™.  A common PLM platform enables many of the leverage benefits stated above, plus it means that once you’ve installed the Matrix PLM Platform™, adding additional solutions requires very little IT effort.

Best of all, because you’re only operating one complete software stack (FastTrak™ solutions, the Matrix PLM Platform™, an application server and database), the Total Cost of Operations (TCO) of your FastTrak™-based solutions will be much lower than that of many separate standalone solutions.
