Mr. Kay joined Integware in April 2004 as the President and CEO. Prior to joining Integware, Mr. Kay was a founder of three successful startup companies, and has held numerous roles in R&D, Consulting and IT. He spent 17 years with Hewlett-Packard, 10 years as R&D Manager of HP's PDM product and PDM-related products. He also spent 3 years in PDM consulting where he was the Chief Architect to General Motors. Mr. Kay is also a co-inventor of multiple patents.

Anton Angello joined Integware in September 2004 as the VP of Operations. Mr. Angello established a reputation for fostering innovation in engineering design, consulting management practice, and business partner development with Motorola, Hewlett-Packard, Visionary Design Systems, and CoCreate Software prior to joining Integware. Mark Williams, VP of Sales and Marketing |

Mark Williams joined Integware in 2006 as the VP of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Williams brings 12 years of top-flight executive sales and marketing experience developing keen insights into enhancing client business value through strategically positioned products and services. Prior to joining Integware, Mr. Williams was the VP of Business Development with ASC Telecom where he managed key partnerships with major telecommunications manufacturers and quality monitoring solutions provider, and held several executive sales positions with UARCO, Inc. a global provider of document management solutions where he focused on sales to Fortune 5 companies. Max Huff, VP of Research and Development |

Max joined Integware in 2003 and has served many roles including Solution Architect and Senior Consultant. Max has five years of experience with Integware and eleven years of experience within the medical device and high-tech industries. Prior to joining Integware, Max served in the U.S. Navy and subsequently worked in engineering, manufacturing and quality systems roles in the semiconductor fabrication and plasma thin-film manufacturing industries. Gus Lee joined Integware in 2008 as Chief Learning and Education Officer (CLEO). Mr. Lee is a nationally-recognized ethicist, character-based leadership consultant, executive coach and author. He was mentored by H. Norman Schwarzkopf at West Point and and by Edgar Bodenheimer, a Nuremberg prosecutor, at King Hall School of Law, UC Davis. He has been a COO, an EVP, a government senior executive, a U.S. Senate ethics investigator, an acting deputy attorney general, a senior deputy district attorney, JAG officer and paratrooper. He has written six best-selling books including Courage: The Backbone of Leadership, Honor and Duty, Tiger’s Tail, No Physical Evidence and Chasing Hepburn. Mr. Lee has consulted and spoken on integrity, courage, leadership, teamwork and conflict resolution to the National Conference of Supreme Court Justices, the Smithsonian Institution, California District Attorneys Association, Centura Hospitals, Corbis/Microsoft, Compassion International, Lockheed-Martin, Halliburton, the U.S. Department of Justice Executive Forum, the FBI, Intel, Kaiser Permanente, Levi Straussthe U.S. Federal Academies Honor Conference and the Young Presidents Organization.. He is a thought leader for West Point, Development Dynamics International and the Praevius Group. He assisted Integware in its original core values adoption and development and now serves as a standards coach and content instructor for Integware’s development of a high-standards culture.
