The Medical Device Business Analyst elicits, analyzes, and manages requirements related to software products and business processes.  Decomposes high level business information into functional requirements and abstracts low level requirements into business level processes.  Works with customers, business partners, industry experts, and Solution Architects to define new software solutions and improve existing ones.  Creates and manages use cases and traceability. The Training Business Manager is responsible for profitably growing the training services business. This person must be able to qualify the opportunities for training revenue, organize and sustain delivery on training commitments to customers and partners and manage the content of created knowledge, training and education materials.  In addition this position is chartered with expanding from our core technical and process knowledge into regulatory and medical device areas.
